2. Qualification Requirements of the applicant:

2. Have the relevant qualification certificate required by the project (provide a copy of the certification materials);

3. Have a good financial position (provide the following supporting materials);

(1) The balance sheet of any January within the 6 months prior to this prequalification (excluding the month in which this announcement is published)

(2) Monthly income statement of any January within 6 months prior to this prequalification (excluding the month in which this announcement is published)

4. Have the necessary personnel, equipment, professional and technical ability to complete the project (provide certification materials);

5. Have the relevant materials of tax payment and social security payment according to law;

6. A letter of commitment with no record of major violations in business activities in the past three years; Not included in the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) the list of persons subject to enforcement for dishonesty and the list of parties to major tax violations;

7. Have similar typical performance for nearly 3 years (copy of contract or relevant supporting documents should be provided);

8. Joint venture applicants are not accepted.

3. Preparation of prequalification application documents:

1. In accordance with the above qualification requirements, the applicant shall fill in Annex 2: Supplier Prequalification Form to prepare the prequalification application documents

2. The prequalification application document shall be formed as a whole PDF file (stamped scanned copy) and sent to the designated email address
